Fab food selection.

Lovely hotel with a modern feel. Rooms are well-designed with separate shower and toilet. I loved the little touches like free water and shower caps. The location is great, just a short walk to the river. Breakfast at ginos was varied and delicious. Special shoutout to the friendly staff!

Fab and gorgeous location, 5 minutes' walk to Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art. Double room with an excellent shower, amazing views, as example. Excellent service, a terrific restaurant on site.

Wi-Fi was very poor also the bed of mine was a bit too soft.

Parking situation requires a bit of a walk from nearby facilities.

Variety of fresh options for meal. Soundproof, luxurious units provided with the shower and the bedroom. Fab location to Round. Set just off the quayside, the bar / restaurant and central Newcastle in the peaceful area.

Beautiful hotel, immaculate facilities, with a complimentary mini fridge stocked with various drinks and a fine river view from our upgraded room.

The hotel was immaculate and located just a short walk from the city center. My room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and the bar had a great atmosphere for a nightcap.

Request a room with a river view for a picturesque experience and ensure you make use of the complimentary minibar drinks.

The stunning river views made mornings memorable, especially while enjoying breakfast by the windows. however, the noise from the room above disrupted my sleep at night.

I loved the well-appointed Innside Twin Room with its spacious drawers, which made organizing my stuff a breeze. The sun terrace was perfect for relaxing after exploring, and I really enjoyed the jacuzzi too. Just a heads up, the parking situation was a bit tricky when we arrived, but it didn’t put a damper on the whole experience. 😊

luxurious stay but minor gym delays

Luxurious room features, especially the complimentary mini fridge drinks. The modern gym had great equipment, though there were minimal wait times during peak hours.

It was just an ideal choice for a trip in Newcastle upon Tyne with fantastic value for money. Enjoyed dining at Gino's where the food was really excellent despite the service issues. Check the room for any setup or amenities upon arrival.
